Kammann's Fully Automatic Screen Printing Machines

Fully automatic register punch with digitalising system. The optimum productivity tool prior to printing.

Function Sequence :

1. The films must be placed individually onto the X-, Y-, R- driven illuminated
     table in roughly accurate position. By means of the CCD camera and
     alignment table, the films are exactly positioned and automatically
     punched.
2. After punching, the computer determines and stores the coordinates and
     graphic data of each individual film. The films for second, third and all
     following colours will be processed accordingly.

Advantages of the System in connection with Kammann's printing machines of the latest generation :

  • Significant increase in production.
  • Reduction of reject rate by means of quick
         positioning of the screens.
  • Adjustment of screen positions while the
         printer is running.
  • On K15-I's and K15-Q's equipped with
         electro-motor driven screen fine adjustment
         and inspection systems PrintCheck B, a
         technical solution to fully automatic screen
         positioning has been achieved.
  • All data stored in the computer will be
         transferred to the screen printer.
  • While setting up a new job, the actual printing
         position is compared with the stored data by
         means of the inspection camera. In case of
         deviations, the screen position is
         automatically corrected through the electro-motor adjustment.
