Autoprod's VP 2000/1000 Rotary Filling and Closing System
The VP 1000/2000 models are capable of filling containers from 10 cc to 500 cc at a rate of up to 2,400
cups per hour
Features :
Denesting - Screw type or custom-engineered method. Optional no- cup and double-cup sensors.
Filling - Single indexing, single fill operation. No-drip, positive cut-off nozzles. Liquid, pasty, particulate, dry or powder filling
Lidding and sealing - Lidding system either heat seals pre-cut lids or places snap-on or plug-type re-closable caps. Heat seal stations are adjustable for time, temperature and pressure.
Over capping - Optional vertical stack, offline spinning roller or unscrambler over capping available.
Outfeed - Accumulating tray or mechanically driven pusher arm feeding a conveyor.
