Autoprod's Ultrasonic Welder

At up to 12 lanes wide, the Ultrasonic Welder can output up to 720 cups per minute.

The Autoprod Ultrasonic Welding system is designed to be used in applications using a multi part container. It features up to 12 ultrasonic welders mounted side by side to seal components together to form whole containers. Nestable components are dropped into carrier plates and welded by the servo-controlled welders and then discharged directly into a filling and closing system such as the Autoprod FP Series.
