Autoprod's Flexotherm Rotary Filling and Closing System
The Flexotherm fills containers from 125ml to 2,400ml at a rate of up to 7,200 cups per hour.

Features :
Denesting - Screw type or custom-engineered method. Standard no-cup and optional double-cup sensors.
Filling - Multiple, swirled or layered fills. Liquid, pasty, particulate, dry or powder filling via piston, volumetric, time pressure, auger or weigh-scale filling systems. Optional advanced CIP/SIP systems.
Lidding and sealing - Pre-cut or roll stock systems. Heat seal stations are adjustable for time, temperature and pressure.
Over capping - Wipe-on via optional vertical stack, spinning roller or unscrambler.
Outfeed - Continuous motion belt.
