Aeromatic-Fielder's Wet Granulation Pelletisation

For wet granulation pelletisation - the active is mixed with microcristalline cellulose, this mixture is than granulated with water or an organic solvent - simultaneously a spheronisation of takes place. This operation is done in a specially equipped Mixer/Granulator.
