PAM's High Speed, Semi-Automatic, Capsule Filling Machine SA-9

Going up one is the reliable SA-9 semi-automatic capsule filling machine. This machine is easy to operate and to maintain, ensuring your continued production.

To upgrade the SA-09: All that is needed is an automatic capsule ring loader which will, depending on your capsule size, increase your production to approximately double.

Functional Description:

An automatic loading station eliminates the need for continuous operator attention as solid-state control circuit provides automatic stoppage of the loading table after completion of one cycle, each of 60 strokes. The automatic filling station is fitted with a motorised swing-in and swing-back of the drug hopper after one filling cycle to reduce operator fatigue. After the capsules have been filled the pneumatic closing station utilises and electronic sensor which activates the cylinder to close the capsules. The SA-9 fills the capsules in a vertical position to avoid spillage and therefore also ideal for filling pellets.
